We can unblock most toilets and sinks in Belsize Park using a plunger, however for more stubborn drainage problems, we can use a smaller water jetting machine (one suitable for portable use indoors) to puncture the blockage membrane to clear the blockage, or use rods that travel down the line. With 24/7* local Belsize Park engineers on standby, you can be rest assured that any drainage problem will be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
All sinks and toilets are connected to the foul water drain of the property, hence there is a trap between the drain and the toilet or sink. These traps often get clogged with debris from the sink, hair is a favourite in the bathroom and food particles in the kitchen. If this is the case, our drainage engineers in Belsize Park have the skills necessary to deal with any type of blockage in a swift and professional manner.
Customer Name: Julian Jenkins. I recently had work carried out by your group. I am writing to inform you of my satisfaction on the standard of the work and the approach of the engineers.
My wife and I were impressed by the engineers manner; we found them to be courteous and helpful. They contacted us over the phone on two occasions to arrange a time for them to call and on both occasions were true to their word and punctual.
I honestly believe them to be a credit to your company and even though I acknowledged their workmanship at the time, I would appreciate it, if you would let them know of my satisfaction of their part in the task carried out.
Thank you for a job well done!

Customer Name: John R. Davis. I wish to thank two of your staff for the very professional manner in which they dealt with the emergency call-out to my property. Firstly the lady who took my initial telephone call, whose name I believe was Kerry. She listened carefully to my problem and then proceeded to offer a solution giving detailed information on how to solve it. She was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Secondly to the engineer, Tim Friedenheim, who arrived at the agreed time and immediately got on with the job. He to was extremely polite, courteous and fully understood what needed to be done to resolve the problem.
I have been involved with the training of customer service to both domestic and international companies within the United Kingdom and the USA and it always stands out when excellence is achieved in this field.
